This research has the theme of visual literacy with an analytical focus from the observation of observable visual messages and the further study of visual literacy for Distance Education. The dissertation takes as theoretical support the notions of visual language, the concepts of connotation and denotation (semiotic) of Barthes; the Gestalt Principles (ARNHEIM, 2002; GOMES FILHO, 2014) and the application of these theoretical concepts in applied short courses and in the proposed final products. In the course of the study, the general objective was achieved: To develop a digital resource that can contribute to visually literate the teachers of Distance Education in order to build texts with more visual elements. Consequently, the most specific objectives were achieved: to describe the image analysis process, especially photographs, using Semiotics and Gestalt, in order to apply the established forms of perception and promote an approximation between the Visual Literacy universes , Semiotics and Gestalt with Distance Education. |
