Resumo: | The present thesis consists of an analysis of Karl Marx's political thought as presented in his work Zur Kritik der Hegelschen Rechtsphilosophie (1843). This work establishes Marx's adhesion to a new pattern of rationality, which, oriented by an ontological statute, persuades the author to discard the speculation of Hegel's work. Thatmeans a new orientation, which implies the civil society leading as the subject of polity. In order to act politically, however, Marx infers that the civil society ought to make its material existence inessential: in Modernity, the realization of politics is the denial of social life. In fece of this, Marx points out a solution which is based in true democracy and universal suffrage. Such proposals represent both an intellectual standing as well as apractical-political agenda. |
