Resumo: The activation of the Judiciary is still a constant problem, which only aggravates the slowness of justice, triggering, among other factors, the so-called “Judiciary Crisis”. This scenario constitutes an obstacle to access to justice, whose meaning has been undergoing resignification, speaking of access to a fair legal order, which brings us to the idea of Multiport Justice. In addition, the 4th Industrial Revolution further highlighted technological evolution, changing the way human beings understand their place in the world and their interaction with it, which provoked other types of disputes. New conflicts demand new solutions, at which point we enter Online Dispute Resolution. In view of this, the objective of the present work is to verify how online platforms for conflict resolution change the way of conceiving access to justice in Brazil. From the hypothetical-deductive method of approach with the essential use of the technique of bibliographical research, it was concluded that the advantages brought by the application of ODR in the resolution of conflicts are superior to the disadvantages, which allows its adaptation to the new conception access to justice today.
