This paper analyzes the legislative changes promoted by the Labor Reform introduced in the Brazilian legal system by Law nº 13.467 / 2017 and its constitutional aspects in the light of the fundamental right of access to justice, starting from the study of Human Rights and fundamental rights, their contextualization and historical evolution, conceptualization and doctrinal classification. It also investigates some of the most relevant legal instruments for access to justice in the Brazilian labor procedure, namely, free justice, free legal aid and jus postulandi. Finally, it analyzes the constitutional aspects of the alterations introduced by the Labor Reform, regarding free justice, sucumbencial fees, and expert fees.
