Summary: The health of the population, in general, from observations and analyzes constant, is the goal of health surveillance that, through specific actions seeks to identify and combat risks and harms to the health of people in different regions so that attention is guaranteed in its entirety, both individually and collectively, due to possible problems of health (BRASIL, 2010). From this perspective, it is essential that public policies are being structured together with legislation and constant inspections with the objective of identifying and controlling risks and damages to the health of the population as a whole (FERRÃO; MORAIS; FERREIRA, 2016).
