Sumari: During childhood, the child does not have the domain of choosing food and ends up suffering influences from parents and family, who often do not follow good eating habits (FERNANDES et al., 2009). For children to have a good school development with more disposition and more learning, it is of fundamental importance that the school lunch offered is nutritionally adequate and in quantity enough to meet the needs of students and always putting into practice good eating habits, so that students are always well fed with the intention of contributing to its growth and development of healthy (CARVALHO, 2011). School lunches for many families, is the only source of food for children during the day, causing responsibility for improving quality, with a view to achieving healthy future life (SILVA; CARDOSO, 2011).
