Summary: | The contemporary urban way of life is characterized by a lack of time for the preparation and consumption of food. The displacement is observed of meals away from home, and consequently the increase in the number of number of Food and Nutrition Units (UAN), structured places for produce and distribute daily large volumes of meals, such as in industries, companies, universities and schools (PROENÇA et al., 2005; MARTINS, 2014). |
