Резюме: | The profile of consumers has been changing, increasing the demand better quality products and, in particular, products with low level of pesticide residues. As a result, organic agriculture and its tations have grown rapidly worldwide (GOMES, 2015). Food producers and sellers are seeking to meet these requirements. consumers' needs by producing food that combines quality and safety. Hoppe et al.
