Resumo: With the advancement of information and communication technology, with the flow of information increased, new skills and new knowledge are required by professionals who are dedicated to education and teaching. Then, before the setting in which they are inserted, the education tutors the distance, has been developing its work in the midst of difficulties and challenges, without being well understood. This dissertation has the general objective to investigate the practices that demarcate the pedagogical of technical course tutors in Computer for Internet IFPI. And as specific objectives analyze the knowledge and skills that permeate the teaching professional development of tutors; Identify the senses and sensibilities, about teaching and learning in distance learning, produced by tutors through experiences of pedagogical practice; Understanding the process of becoming a tutor, and propose a virtual classroom teachers to leverage this process, favoring the formation and integration of these professionals.This is a qualitative study whose approach favors the insertion of the researcher in the context to be searched. This is research in the narrative mode of the interlocutors, the conviction that the writing process leverages both the act of reflection on the actions taken and the analysis of the different senses and experienced aspects in becoming a teacher processes. Participated as collaborators of this study five tutors of technical course in Internet Information. As data collection instrument were used interviews for characterization and identification of collaborators and the educational memorial to knowledge of the life story of the same. Data analysis was carried out from four axes of analysis, through which we seek to understand the trajectory of teachers in the teaching profession in coaching as a profession. The scenario of the research was the Federal Institute of Piauí, with headquarters located in Teresina / PI, but with ODL centers in the city of Uruçuí where the course is offered. The analysis results showed that the tutors (re) mean and (re) build their practices and conceptions of / in teaching throughout their daily experiences at the same time will also appropriating the required skills and abilities in overcoming the challenges found in a lifelong learning process. The data indicated also that the research staff are concerned to develop a teaching action that goes beyond the technical dimension also constituting knowledge and contextualized cultural content, enhancing the feeling of respect and collaborative relationship between teacher and student.
