This Technical-Scientific Report describes the process of building a mobile application that aims to offer Physical Education teachers a platform on which the same effectively register and manage useful information for students in an efficient and practical way. Other information that can be recorded by these teachers is related to the student’s anthropometric profile, scouting events, skills and restrictions/deficiencies. The parameters for selecting and implementing the application's functionalities were included in the information acquired in two documents built by the authors: i) responses to the questionnaires; and ii) responses to the user's story cards. It is expected that an insertion of the present product in the educational environment will stimulate a increase of level school training and physical education classes as a whole, as well, the study seeks to prevent accidents and intermediate the discovery of new sports talents in different athletics activities.
