The budget execution is a key factor for the control and monitoring of public expense in our country, and plays a fundamental role in the organization and operation of government agencies in general. SIAFI is the lead source of budget execution and information in the public sphere. The Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences / UNIFES / EPM, has the condition of autarchy, which provides the status of autonomy in its budget execution, in this work, it is possible to glimpse the standard adopted in the budget division, as its has being monitoring and controling of budget execution within that IFE, how to improve information concerning the budget execution to the managers of this department. Through a questionnaire in which the officers of this Department talk about the implementation difficulties relating to implementation and how to improve them in order to optimize the credit and resources used, finish the research with spreadsheet proposals to identify precisely the information necessary for a satisfactory development in monitor the budget execution.
