Resumo: This paper has the aim to investigate the immorality that exists between the child day care educators over suspected situations of sexual violence against the children. The incest subject is settled in the field of taboo as a result of the social restrictions and the psychic ambivalence involving the prohibition and the unconscious desire for its violation. Regarding the prohibitions, we highlighted the mechanism the denunciation of suspects or confirmation of sexual violence. Even though there is a “duty” recommended by the law for the educator to make the denunciation, there is also something that transcends the imperative necessity to denounce. The sexual violence phenomenon is crossed by the symbolic field of social discourse and by singular subjectivity of the educator related to the subjects: your beliefs, moral values, experiences and, above all, the unconscious marks that individually involve his relation with the theme. This crossing gives the possibility for an establishment of a malaise in the school environment. For this research, we interviewed five child day care educators, using the Freudian psychoanalysisas a theoretical reference – which is crossed by a few post Freudians – and their possible behavior out of the traditional therapeutic setting. In the interviews, we realized that the appearance of a malaise is related to a possible interdiction of speech about the sexual violence phenomenon, which they found whispering as the only possibility of articulation through the language.
