Resumo: |
The dissemination of accessible information in the virtual environment of public educational institutions involves an effective commitment to dismantle attitudinal barriers that prevent the improvement of utilitarian information services. Making accessible information available in the virtual environment in a democratic and open way, in accordance with the accessibility and inclusion guidelines provided for in the legislation is a complex but possible task. This research intends to create a technical report on the formation of a web page, using a hotsite as a resource that allows the Nucleus of Accessibility and Inclusive Education (NAEDI) of the Federal Institute of Sergipe (IFS), to disseminate information to the most varied types of users, and external community based on utilitarian information service strategies. Using - if of a bibliographical research and case study, with qualitative analysis, descriptive and exploratory objectives, being this one of applied nature. The case study had the IFS NAEDI as an empirical field, with non-participant observation. When analyzing the gaps found in documentary research on educational accessibility on the website, it is perceived a disagreement with the inclusive legislation and also with institutional documents of the IFS, on the attributions of the NAEDI, it was inferred, therefore, that the requirements constitutional rights of accessibility and inclusion are not being met. As a result, a conclusive technical report was prepared, presenting a proposal for feeding the IFS NAEDI hotsite, contemplating utilitarian information, as well as meeting Nielsen's heuristics, aiming at accessibility and informational inclusion. It is concluded that this product has the perspective of contributing to the improvement in the dissemination of useful information in an accessible way, overcoming the present limitations of the inclusive processes in progress at the institution. |
