Study 1 aimed to map the neuropsychological deficits of 60 school children during the pandemic aged 8 to 12 years. Relating performances with changes in the country's work and type of class during the pandemic in paradigms such as: pragmatic language, verbal and visual episodic memory, executive functions and writing skills by teleneuropsychology. Study 2 aimed to map the frequencies of neuropsychological deficits in pragmatic language, verbal and visual episodic memory, executive functions, focused attention and writing skills and their relationship with attendance in the hospital class, evaluated in person in 8 children aged 08 to 12 years who underwent treatment for childhood cancer at the Child Oncology Treatment Center (CETHOI) of the Regional Hospital of Mato Grosso do Sul (HRMS). In addition, the parents' perception of the benefits of the hospital class on learning after hospitalization and on psychological well-being were investigated. |
