Study and analysis of operistic works from Elomar Figueira Mello according with the concepts of genres of discourse, ennunciate and style, after Mikhail Bahktin, in articulation with the theory of topics (subjects of musical discourse) after Leonard Ratner looking for an ellaboration of a revision of concepts and analitic processes from musicology. The dialogic study of the opera comes to investigate the conexion between the musical ennounciates and the genres of discourse, allowing us a semantic approach based in objective data related to the question of musical referenciality. Studing the works of Elomar Figueira Mello, we try to identificate his esthetic filiation and trace the basic lines to frame the brasilian style characterized with specific topics refered to forms, styles, thematics and related traces with social behavior, dialets and cultural traditions.
