Resumo: | Amid a recurrent discussion about the existence or not of labor precariousness as a result of more flexible production processes, the objective this thesis is to seek information from the workers themselves in order to understand their perception of the flexible labor market. Therefore, we used secondary data from the labor market, other methodological procedures which inquired a few employees with formal registration, the way they see the labor functions themselves perform. These procedures included: sample survey by quotas, in-depth interviews and focus groups. The results showed that, notwithstanding the problems and hassles in professional practices, cannot be said that these are synonymous with insecurity, since they are positives also highlighted by the workers themselves in that fix their labor activities. For example: the fear of being unemployed does not exist for most of the employees investigated in this study, many of them realize opportunity to promote the company where they work, most judges as positive relationships in the workplace and also the most part, identifies himself as happy in the exercise of their functions, and feel motivated to work. |
