This research aims to identify the changes in the Center-Periphery structure due to Capitalism transformations since 1970, from a systemic point of view and three analytical dimensions finance, power, and technology. Changes in Capitalism alter the flow among units in many ways: volume, frequency, variety, directions, etc. This affects the way units interact, increases the dynamic density of the system and creates a systemic byproduct: the boomerang effect. Center units define the interaction structure between center and periphery but the interaction among peripheral units and among peripheral and center units affects the way the system operates as a whole. So, a boomerang effect occurs: impacts in peripheral units modify the dynamics inside the Periphery and it affects center-periphery relationship, hitting the center units. This is the first time that part of Periphery has been able to affect the systemic dynamic density and contributes to shape capitalism systemic transformation.
