Resumo: | Introduction: The health care of adolescents in conflict with the law is a challenge for public policies and, therefore, for all the actors involved in implementing such policies. Objective: To investigate how the health care of adolescents in conflict with the law in Belo Horizonte is. Methods: Qualitative research has been made by means of the fallowing methods: Psychoanalytic Conversation, Participant Observation, Workshops. The subjects involved were professionals working with health care in healthcare centers or in socioeducational centers. We have also had the indirect participation of adolescents, socioeducational agents and policy managers. Results: In general, there is an effort from the workers in order to make effective this adolescents right to health. Nonetheless, such effort is marked with the meanings attributed to the adolescents here concerned, with various incidences upon their subjectivity. It also reflects these professionals capacity of developing health care actions, as well as the ability of the institutions involved in such process. Conclusion: The means of making effective the health care of the adolescents here concerned are heterogeneous, and this is due to the particularities of the health care professional, of the adolescents and of the institutions, with can be more or less open to adopting themselves to the requirements of the policy underlying this whole process. To make the professionals aware as well as their capacitation is an important factor in the advance of the ways of producing health with the adolescent deprived of freedom. |
