Resumo: | This study had for objective to analyze the reality of the current formation of the worker of Physical Education in Brazil. We assume that the advanced process of commercializing of the Physical Education as one of the elements that stimulate the actions of the CONFEF/CREFs system. This last mentioned representing, in this field of the knowledge, the expression of the new relations imposed for the reordering of the capitalist production way. To reach the objective above displayed, we call the attention to the disputes and interest that made possible the origins of the Physical Education in Brazil, so considered in the context of the conceptions of new type of worker for a new country in industrial development. Next step we rescue the first movement that made possible the beginning of the critical debates about the Physical Education in Brazil in the 1980 s, making evaluation of their possible sharing of the present debate and contradictions that exists in this field of knowledge. Following, we call attention to the relations between structural crisis of the capital and the reform polititian-administractive reform of the Brazilian State lived in the beginning of the 1990 decade. We learned the repercussion of this process about the project of national education, specifically on the Physical Education rescuing the debate of the loss of its centricity in the school, having as a background of the reorganization of the world s work. In this context, we analyze the favorable conditions for the regulation of the Brazilian Physical Education and for the creation of the CONFEF/CREFs system. After that, we evidence the real interests that move the CONFEF/CREFs system in the search for entering into an alliance it the projects of construction of public politics for the sport, developed for the Lula s government. Finally, we recoup the process of disputes produced by the debates concerning the current Curricular Lines of direction of the courses of physical education, evidencing the paper of the CONFEF/CREFs system in such process. In this direction, we investigate the presence of the conceptions of the CONFEF/CREFs. system under the real contradictions and real disputes in the institutions of superior education. In this point, in them we use of interviews half-structuralized with directors and responsible coordinators for four institutions of superior education in the city of Rio de Janeiro. As a result of this study we observed that, despite of the orientation foreseen in the current Curricular Lines of direction for the courses of Physical Education: 1) the CONFEF/CREFs system is present in the university area influencing the practical theory and of professors and the pupils, leading them, according to its conception; 2) the fields of intervention of the Physical Education (inside or it are of the school) have as foundation the same theoretical matrix and, therefore, they are vital in the while the school, lead for the expectations of the market, assumes a conception of physical education that is the same one defended for the CONFEF/CREFs system. The school, under such perspective, starts to characterize itself as the responsible place for the continuous process of production of consumers, in search of on services to the promotion of the quality of life and prevention of the health. Such a services offered by an wide and competitive market and once more becomes of exclusive domain of the current conception of physical education. |
