Resumo: The present study aims to present a continuous formation for the area of Physical Education, in the dialectical area between Teacher and Human Formation. The study is based on the materialistic dialectic, from the categories of analysis: Continued Formation, Teacher Training and Human Formation. Taking into consideration our study, based on Continuing Education in Physical Education, the particular is a Teacher Training Teacher, and the universal is a Human Formation. Along with the materialistic dialectic, it uses the chapters of our study, the state of the art. After an analysis of the articles, there is some research on knowledge production on the subject. In many cases, continuing education training aims to provide continuing education, but is not considered as a working condition of teachers. None of the articles considers a Human Teacher Training in the Continuing Formation Process. In the categories of analysis, we highlight the Human Formation related to culture, since all culture is a historical and social construction. The Teacher Training stands out through the work of the teacher, therefore, no human process becomes human, and work is the main mediator. We can infer that a Continued Formation in the relation between Formation and Teacher Formation for an area of Physical Education is one that understands the teacher in his singularity, particularity and universality. Understanding the teacher as a synthesis of multiple disciplines becomes necessary in the development of a continuous formation process, so that it is a qualitative tournament for an education and for a human formation.
