Resumo: | The professional education of adolescents in Brazil is of great relevance and the present time, to judge for the paper of the Industrial Learning, developed for the SENAI, destined the young of 14 the 24 years, as recognized instrument of formation of young workers for Brazilian industry. In Brazil it has been common the adoption of these programs for the formation and introduction of apprentices in the work market. As a subject little studied in our country, this work has as objective to investigate the effectiveness of this type of program, analyzing the models of industrial learning developed by the units of the SENAI of the State of Minas Gerais, as well as the model of financing. We used as sources reports of SENAI, INEP, beyond research with the controlling and supervisors of the organizations that possess contract with the apprentices. The conclusions are based on the some types of involved actors with the program of industrial learning, which had identified aspects of different nature that they influence in the effectiveness of the program. |
