Resumo: | It investigates the daily of poor adolescents starting from your reports of the entrance process in the job market attended for institution. They announced 15 adolescents of the masculine sex, with education enters to 7th series of the Fundamental Teaching and 1st year of the Medium Teaching, with 17 years of age, and approximately one year and six months of professional insert. All are of families of low income and they live in neighborhoods of the periphery of Grande Vitória/ES. The informers were linked to an institution that qualifies, it inserts and it accompanies poor adolescents in the formal job market. The collection of data if he/she gave through interview following a basic route, structured so that the own informer it develops the theme freely. The results were discussed considering that the professional insert is a form of exercise of the citizenship. The results show that: the insert attended in the formal job market it doesn't constitute absolute warranty of protection to the adolescent's rights; the social nets which the adolescent starts to have access can constitute a middle of hiding violations of rights could be based on customerism relationships; the assimilation of own values of the context of social relationships of the work atmosphere can collaborate for the removal of the group of equal. However, the adolescents evaluated the accompaniment positively supplied by the institution. |
