Análise da integração do sistema viário às redes subterrâneas de infraestrutura urbana para cidades médias

Resumo: In the Demographic Census conducted in 2010 by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, Brazil had more than 84% of the population residing in the urban area. The aforementioned institute disclosed on July 1, 2017 that the estimated population is 207,660,920 inhabitants, that is, an increase of 8.86% in seven years. This implies that cities need to offer collective services, including urban infrastructure through road network, storm drainage, drinking water and sewage. In this context, the objective of the research is to analyze the integration between the urban road system and the underground infrastructure networks for medium-sized cities, in order to assist the decision-making process about what the interventions are and the timing of executions on all networks. For this, a methodology was applied to prospect of different forms, methods and procedures adopted in a middle city by the concessionaires and public and private actors that work in these networks, choosing the city of Mossoró / RN, as representative of the average city. The data and information contained in the Municipal Profile Survey - Munic 2015, Municipal Urban Welfare Index and Master Plan were also analyzed through interviews with the main infrastructure management organizations. As results, the study area was characterized as to how the different networks operate in the city, as well as the description and specification of the attributes required to create the database for later implementation in Geographic Information System that allows the management existing networks.
