Resumo: It is known that one of the features of the urban space it is the sharing of several infrastructure networks, at the air, surface and underground levels. Besides, historically there hasn’t been planning in the urbanization process of most Brazilian cities. These two findings lead to conflicts, among which stand out those that occur in the maintenance, conversation and physical implantation of underground and surface networks. There are several negative impacts on networks, cities and therefore their users. The main objective of this study is to propose a method for integrating and managing road, sanitary and energy systems networks at surface and underground levels. For this case study, was chosen the fifth largest Brazilian city, Fortaleza-CE. Geoprocessing techniques and computational programming are used to make compatible, integrate, and manage different networks, as well as an application that it will be develop enabling the visualization and integrated planning with different access levels. It is expected that the final results produced from this research can be used, or at least inspire decision makers in order to mitigate these impacts, reducing costs, minimizing rework and improving the quality of life in the city.
