Resumo: The advance of the spread of fake news in the period leading up to the North American presi-dential election, in 2016, and the Brazilian one, in 2018, poses important challenges for stud-ies on discourse, ideology, subject and gender and their interface with the production-reproduction of information in digital environments, connected in online networks. The an-choring in the theoretical-methodological field Analysis of Discourse (AD) of Pêcheux's - French affiliation enables the analysis of this news and the memory that constitutes it from the observation of the discursive functioning of the media and fake news in spaces that, for being “logically stabilized”, create ideal conditions for circulation-proliferation, on a large scale, of what we call “viral senses” associated with non-binary genres. The purpose of this research was to unveil the production conditions that evoke, in the statements of fake news, to the heteronormativity a universal and androcentric functioning, thus preventing displacements in the processes of sexual and gender subjectivations. In this perspective, the use of artificial intelligence is observed, notably, the algorithms as a reinforcement in the control exercised by the fake news to the genres standardized by the capitalist society.
