Resolved treat this work on the record of the police report dealing on atypical fact carried out by police server of the judicial police, celing under performance of the 27th Police District of Manaus. Thus, initiated research to examine whether the registration of police report dealing on atypical fact carried out by police server judicial police are understood in the essential function for which it was designed this law enforcement agency. It was identified, thus the software intended for making this police document, the amount of incident reports recorded in the period between the years 2012 to 2015. He has appeared, moreover, the concept of police, purpose, assignment, legal frameworks and structure of the judicial police, as outlined in the 1988 Federal Constitution and the Charter of the Amazonas State Policy. It was argued, moreover, that the record of the police report dealing on atypical fact is assignment of the judicial police. The research was directed to police reports registered on the 27th Police District of Manaus, judicial police unit in which the researcher exercised the leadership as a titular police chief from October 2015 to June 2016. The data concerning the quantity of police reports as well as the nature of the records were obtained from the Executive Assistant Secretary for Intelligence Department of the State of Amazonas Public Security. Fired up , finally, that the record of the police report dealing on atypical fact is no assignment of the judicial police , even supposing that this annotation can be done at the police station by several civil police agent server.
