Resumo: |
The main objective of this thesis is analyse the cultural heritage formation in Jaguarão city, a border region between Brazil and Uruguay, from the origin in military fortifification and commercial warehouse until the city consolidation with ecletic arquiteture in the end of XIX. The foccus of this analyse is the municipal legislation and ideologies motivations of economic elite and local politics that rearranging the urban nucleus construction, such as from the analyze do accomplish the study of possible causes related with the development of the movent of asset pressenvation in the 80th decade by academic architecture, that the aim was preservation of eclectic urban nucleous and the transformation in tourist center, that propitiates the economic increase of municipality, conception that will be resumed with the asset write-off process of historical set and the landscape of Jaguarão city by IPHAN in 2011. This process was carried out with scope that cultural patrimony was built in the past for the economic elite of city it will being a national patrimony, for these reason the IPHAN rules of preservation in Jaguarão related to a finnancial support for restauration of some built heritage as well as the procedures to participation of comunity in the process , identify how the IPHAN policts works with the local reality. |
