The adhibition of chaos theory to law can be seen from the consideration of the legal system as a complex, dynamic, nonlinear, aperiodic and sensitive system to the initial terms. The adoption of such a theory allows transdisciplinary work in the legal system as an open system, giving scientificity to the uncertainty notion and away the classic perspective of certainty and completeness. The human being dignity protection, as a value and fundamental principle, it matters in the necessary overcoming of normative validity only in formal aspect, because it implies the consideration of the case, that together with all others values and fundamental principles giving direction to normative formation for the case from all system rules, gives proper hermeneutic appreciation. Each rule that radiate from the legal system contain itself in its evaluative totality, giving up the hermeneutic through the topicsystematic interpretation. The lack of law certainty is verified from language polysemy. The complexity and uncertainty even related to the legal text is verified from democratic process of electing legislators. Due to the transdisciplinary appreciation of Law Science and from the openness and complexity of legal system becomes unnecessary barriers between sciences and even within the legal science. As a fundamental value radiates throughout legal system, it gives direction and it gives unity, there is no motivation to maintain dichotomy Public Law and Private Law.
