Espinosa presents a method for the adequate knowledge of the movement of formation of the human intellect. It indicates the need to know this movement by its current essence - its conatus - to know it by the appropriate cause (by the fourth mode of perception - intuition). As a result of the adequate knowledge of the thought-forming movement, to live this affective knowledge, the very human juice, if possible, with the other.
