Resumo: |
This study deals with the division of constitucional competences in educational matters and, for this purpose, adopts the assumptions of the structure and contours of the Brazilian federal state, as well as the relevance of education on individual formation and society. From an analysis modeled on comparable data of education in international projection, without the pretension to finish any discussion about the theme, this study intends to examine some federative cooperation mechanisms that serves to overcome or, at least , to mitigate education related issues in Brazil |
