Resumo: |
This dissertation analyzes if the use of technological resources by unions, together with the study of the Brazilian union structure and the effects of Law nº 13,467/2017, influences the ability to conduct collective negotiations, considering the contemporary scenario characterized by work 4.0. For that, this work brings together information to address the following research problem: how does the tiered union structure and the repercussions of the 2017 Labor Reform impact the union action in front of new technologies, considering the barrier to the advancement of the adoption of technological resources by the union entities themselves? The first item brings aspects about the use of technological resources in the union activities; the second analyzes the national union structure; the third investigates the impacts of the 2017 Labor Reform on the topic. Finally, the research concludes that the existence, in the initial stage, of incorporation of technological resources in the union activities needs to advance even further to adapt to the effectiveness of the union´s capacity to negotiate, represent and act, realizing the workers' fundamental rights |
