Resumo: The current study stemmed from the interest in knowing and analyzing the main aspects related to the relevance of teacher’s technological mediation aiming at the entreprenurism in the place where he or she works. In order to do so, the research brings a brief historical background on the use of information and communication technologies as an educational resource an about its current status in Brazil. Entreprenurism, coming up as an innovation in education, mediation, technological alphabetization of the teacher and continuous education are also discussed. Qualitative, explicative and interpretative methodology with bibliographical and field research was used, having as reference the method described by Bardin: Content Analysis. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with tem college administrators (course coordinators, department coordinators, vice-directors and directors), working in different knowledge areas and different college institutions. The objective was having the obtained studies as allies to educators and administrators that work in this educational level, in order to enrich their practices with the help of new communication and information technologies aiming at promoting entreprenurism in the places where they work, using them as teaching tools to help building critical thought.
