The proposal of this thesis is a regarding of the works “O homem amoroso, Concerto campestre and Música perdida”, by Luiz Antonio de Assis Brasil, with the aim of analyze them by the lights of theoretical presupposed offered by Luiz Piva and Solange Ribeiro de Oliveira, that brings near the literary discourse and the musical discourse, throughout the melopoetical conception. The proposal not just extend the wealth review about the author, regarding the musical influence question present in his literary production; but establishes the common lexicon between the two arts, that is, literature and music; it also confirms the interconnection between music and literature, throughout the musical elements migration to the literature that helps in the creation of “musicians” literary characters.
