Resumo: |
The research is the analisy result of the concepts of commodity fetishism and spectacle in Guy Debord's work, The Society of the Spectacle, with the support of the categories of the Marxist paradigm. Based on the definitions, it seeks arguments that can highlight the relevance of Debord's work in the 21st century by looking at social relations and what the diploma represents in Brazilian school education, with its intimate relationship between alienation and class domination. It aims to understand how school education is structured under the ideology spectacularized in the separation between the real and representation, the contradictions intrinsic to the relationships between those who hold and those who do not hold the diploma and how this separation appears in the social organization of work and society. |
