This dissertation investigates and analises the conception and the meaning of the social and educational actions for adolescents who serve correctional measures in open places according to social pedagogy and socio-education, aiming at understanding, through their own arguments, the elements of the monitoring process they go through according to the measure which affects their point of view about school, society and to be in the world. This work reviews the role of the school and the community in the social and educational process from the adolescents??? view, who are expulsed from the institutions, being stigmatized as delinquents. This work deals with the adolescent in conflict with the law, placed in a social segment deprived from basic rights, exposed to countless vulnerabilities. The investigative process took as reference the basis of the Spanish Pedagogy and its development in Brazil, supported by Paulo Freire???s thesis, specifically regarding the fact that the oppressed develop knowledge based on their own lives, which is not to be neglected by public institutions, because, when added to other kinds of knowledge, it will contribute to the adolescents?? overcoming their conflict with justice. Besides, making possible the practice of reflection on the social condition in which they live and the possible mobility in this society, which they are part of and help to build. This is a qualitative research based on the collective interview of 08 adolescents, including the researcher???s experience in the field of the investigation; those were the empirical materials used in this study. |
