Resumo: |
This research had the objective of analyzing the impacts of the implementation of the Distance Education (EAD) proposal on Youth and Adult Education (EJA) as a public policy in the municipality of Santos, Baixada Santista, São Paulo state and possible established relationships with Juvenilization of the EJA. The theoretical framework of the investigation was based on works of: Litto (2008); Arroyo (2008, 2011); Azevedo (2016); Corti e Souza (2012); Moran (2002), among others. This study initially considered, for purposes of analysis, federal documents and proposals of the Municipal Education Network of the city of Santos, São Paulo. The instruments used for data collection in the field were: the questionnaire applied to five interviewees who performed functions related to the object of the research, in schools of the urban area of the city of Santos, state of São Paulo in the 2016 and 2017 school years, and semi-structured interview with all sampled interviewees. The data collected were considered according to the methodology of content analysis, by Bardin (2016). It was verified that the EJA Digital as a work methodology associating two modes of Education - the EJA and the EAD - has been presenting in the city of Santos a proposal that denotes the concern in serving all citizens. With an innovative proposal through the use of technology to narrow the possibilities of work between teachers / tutors AVA teachers / tutors and Teaching, in this context, the service to the youth of the EJA gains special connotation, mainly, for the ease of use of technological resources in their day to day. It was also verified that the Education of Young and Adults with a view to Basic Education is a necessity that directly influences several aspects in the society. Thus, until there is an effective Public Policy that fully meets demand through quality education, mechanisms that minimize the ills generated by low schooling should be sought in order to flexibilize opportunities and equalize access to all were not part of the educational process at the ideal age, a principle established in the Constitution, as a right. |
