Resumo: | In this work I reflect on the trends of educational practices in the public schools of the State of São Paulo and the relationship between the processes of teacher education, with a view to the building of subject-teacher. By basing my actions on the Subject Pedagogy, noticed that some actions in the classroom had better results with regard to the teaching-learning process. I used the methodological procedure of Analysis Document to address the issues that guided the work and achieve the proposed goals, which also served as a data collection technique. The collection was supplemented by the information obtained during frequent dialogues with Dr. Acacio Pereira Potiguara, mentor and creator of the Subject Pedagogy, besides the direct observation and participant observation in places where it was necessary. I found the path in which I wanted to go down to meet the Pedagogy of the Subject. Of the different pedagogical concepts studied, only Subject Pedagogy affirms the importance of contributing to the training of teachers and students as subjects. Once they identify as subjects, they will be autonomous, free and responsible. |
