Neste relatório será abordado o papel da tradução na comunicação empresarial, qual a relação entre os dois e os problemas e dificuldades encontradas durante o estágio, que demonstram alguns dos problemas que os tradutores podem encontrar no seu dia-a-dia de trabalho. Serão também debatidas algumas teorias de tradução que interferem no trabalho de um tradutor e que serão depois enquadradas com os procedimentos e o trabalho desenvolvido na entidade acolhedora. Finalmente, é estabelecida uma reflexão sobre possíveis melhorias a serem implementadas em empresas e no sistema de educação de modo a que essas dificuldades possam ser diminuídas e tornar o mundo empresarial mais translator-friendly.This report focuses on the curriculum internship held in the Portuguese showroom of LingGan Shoe Material, Lda, within the framework of the Master's Degree in Portuguese / Chinese Intercultural Studies: Translation, Training and Business Communication of the University do Minho. This report will address the role of translation in business communication, the relationship between the two and the problems and difficulties encountered during the internship, which demonstrate some of the problems that translators can encounter in their day-to-day work. Some theories of translation that interfere with the work of a translator will also be debated and framed within the procedures and the work developed during the internship.
