Resumo em Inglês: This study aimed to develop a forensic available protocol for a group of adolescents at the time of receipt of institutional care, to provide routing for customized interventions as well as the characterization of the sample for research, feasibility and applicability of the protocol. The protocol consisted of instruments to characterize adolescents and indicate the appropriate actions that will be offered to the young during the reception. The instruments used were: Parenting Styles Inventory (IEP Gomide 2006), answered for the teenagers on the maternal and paternal practices when there; the Youth Self-Report (YSR) Inventory Self Assessment for Teens, an instrument of Empirical Base Evaluation System (ASEBA, Achenbach & Rescola, 2001) completed by the adolescent; School Performance Test (TDE, Stein, 2011) and a semistructured interview about work activities developed for this research, these instruments comprise the forensic evaluation protocol. The instruments were answered by seven male adolescents aged 12 to 17. This data were analized by the IEP (maternal and paternal) pointed out that all practices were risk or below average. The scores provided by YSR in the categories Competence, Internalizing Problems and Problems Externalizing for teens showed that five participants had clinical externalizing problems such as conduct disorder, behavior of breaking rules, characterized as antisocial behavior, two of the participants had clinical internalizing problems related to depression / withdrawal, anxiety and mood disorders. The seven teenagers had results below average in TDE for age and grade level, demonstrating difficulties in writing and arithmetic, two teenagers achieved superior results for reading. Was obtained as a result of the semi-structured interview that young people had no future planning and labor activity practices were disconnected from the learning to the development of the professional profile. Four meetings were held with participants to implement the instruments individually, using an average of six hours for each participant. Through this protocol was analyzed the peculiarities of the life history of each adolescent, such as risk factors, parenting, antisocial behavior, institutionalization of reason, school situation, social references, labor, values, desires and above all their potential. It was possible to see how these variables can influence of the participation in risk groups for the development of antisocial behavior in teenagers
