Resumo: | This thesis aims to solve the problems of site selection and ordering for installation of photovoltaic solar plants, proposing a decision model applying algebra of fuzzy maps of geographical criteria in a geographic information system, with weights calculated by the technique "weighting by maximum pertinence degree of pixels” when generating a map of the suitability index of maximum geographical alternatives to select suitable site alternatives, integrated with multicriteria decisionmaking methods with business criteria to order the selected site alternatives. The state of Paraná was chosen, considering the energy efficiency of the project, due to the excellent climatic, geomorphological and logistical conditions, associated with heterogeneous economic and socioenvironmental factors, demonstrating as a result that the region has geographical and business conditions for the installation of solar plants photovoltaic in most of the territory. The proposed decision model proved to be adequate to avoid distortions in the selection and ordering of sites from the point of view of stakeholders, specially representatives of investors who participated in decisionmaking research. The model is also applicable to other site selection and ordering similar projects for the installation of photovoltaic solar plants. |
