Resumo: | The strategies of inductive politics must search for the autonomy in relation to other managements, nevertheless the wishes and needs of society cannot be set aside. The present survey discusses the needs of the enterprises in northern Paraná by professionals graduated on Technological College Courses. It is an exploratory research that, due to the technical procedures adopted, can be characterized as a case study. The chosen method was the inductive. The data were collected within two stages. Firstly it was used a questionnaire in order to collect the quantitative information on the region enterprises aiming to define the sample, composed of medium and large region enterprises which presented a greater number of acting technologists. Secondly, within the chosen enterprises, it was realized a qualitative interview, semi-structured with the responsible contributors for the Human Resources as well as the production areas. The hypothesis raised in the beginning of the research, that there is space for the acting of the professional technologist in the medium and large enterprises in Northern Paraná, could be supported after the analysis of the questionnaire sent to the enterprises as wells as the carried out interviews. The results show that enterprises are seeking for graduated professionals on Technological College Courses and most of them act within their specific area, having a normal familiarity with other professionals graduated on the technological areas. |
