Resumo: | The University has a social responsibility to generate and disseminate knowledge and new technologies in order to stimulate the qualified professionals formation and able to face the challenge of entering successfully the labor market increasingly demanding. In this aspect, the integration university / job is fundamental. The present study aimed to analyze and emphasize, comparatively, indicators that make possible to perceive the impact of the graduate course in Chemical Engineering of the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) in the professional activity of its graduates. The research instrument used in data collection was based on the arguments presented in the literature review, in order to contribute to the survey development and the definition of analysis criteria. This survey was applied to graduates of the year 2011, to teachers of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum and the current graduates.Data generated by the survey were analyzed quantitatively and the results indicated a correlation between views of three groups investigated in relation to the impact of the course on the profiles of entrepreneur and senior negotiator, considered the most critical criteria, with "Regular" performance. Overall, the impact of the course was rated "Good". All the criteria presented in the survey were considered at least "Important", validating the questions that were part of the survey instrument. |
