This paper proposed study environmental and socioeconomic impacts associated with fishing activities on a beach group where fishing are a traditional activities. For this, we characterized fishing activities on these beaches when we identify the social profile and environmental quality perceptions by fishers found on studied beaches. Our results showed two fishing activities on these beaches: small-scale (13%) and recreational (86%). The fishers by these two fishing modality used similar equipment and explore the same fishing resources. By studied fishers main human impacts are changes in the landscape and pollution. These impacts influence negatively at local biodiversity with extinction oldest biodiversity hotspots and movement shoals. Our results can be very importance to environmental and fishing management plans formulation make allow biodiversity conservation and sustainability of local fisheries. |
