The adoption of innovative practices is an opportunity for organizations to stay on the market on the actual competitiveness. This is not far from the reality of the tourism sector, since the hotel organizations need to differentiate themselves from their competitors in order to remain competitive. In this context, this research aims to analyze how occur innovations in hotel organizations in Recife/PE. To do this, it carries out a systematic review on the theme in order to identify the innovations in the literature. In the second moment the radar of innovation and the correlation of spearman were applied in order to observe the stage of the innovations and what the association between the variables. The results showed that hotels innovate and offer new services to solve customer problems and the correlations have confirmed significant correlations between the variable solutions for customers and offerings of new services. |
