Resumo: Abrupt changes of pH was conducted to estimate yhe influence on survive of the post-larvae of the srhimp Litopenaeus vannamei, in the 0‰, 10‰, 20‰ and 25‰ salinity. The post-larvaewas estocked of 50 post-larvae/L in a 18 plastic containers with the capacity of 2,5 liters. The pH water was 8,0 in the larviculture. Increase or decrease the pH water in 0,5, 1,0, 1,5, and 2,0 were used the calcium or acid acetic, respectivally. After 48 hours the post-larvae were counted one by one, to obtain the survaive rate. According to a mathematic model applied, it was shown the salinity wasn’t influencied significative (≥0,05) in survive of the post-larvae. Changes of pH to valoes more alcalinity were more impacty in the survive and to 8,0 to 10,0 made 100% of the mortality on the post-larvae.
