This paper aims to analyze the Politics of Solidarity Economy City of Recife, since its formation in 2000 until 2012. Specifically aims to analyze the results obtained in productive groups supportive of the district of Santo Amaro. Using qualitative methodology and case study method, permeated by semi-structured interviews with members of groups supportive and productive public managers, shows the formation process of the policy, legal and schedule problems. From the characterization of this policy, we seek to problematize the government action in the field of Solidarity Economy induces new modes of public action. In this sense, it is concluded that the socioeconomic outcomes of this public action, for analyzes of productive groups in Santo Amaro, yet ensure expanded reproduction of life. By way of this responsibility, the challenges of these actions within the general framework, refer to the funding policy, legal framework, public guarantees for marketing of solidarity groups. Finally, a picture as close to reality these actions demand rethink the structures of the state and its modes of public action. |
