Resumo: |
The objective of the present work was to compare two hypophysation techniques in the induction to the ovulation of curimatã-pacu Prochilodus argenteus. The treatment 1 (T1) it consisted of the application of only dose of crude carp hypophysis extract, while the treatment 2 (T2) it consisted of two doses. The experiment was accomplished in two stages. In the first, the following data were verified: rates of spawned females, hour-degree, rate of fertilization, rate of deformed larvas, and the consumptions of time, water and energy. In the second stage, the glucose concentrations and cortisol were verified in the plasma sanguine of the treated fish. Besides those you varied, the weights and lengths total, weight of the oocyte extrudido, and weigh of the fish extrudido, were taken. After statistical treatment it was verified that there was not significant difference (P> 0,05) among the treatments with relationship to the rates of spawned females, of fertilization and of deformed larvas, and the weight and the length total just influenced those you varied. There was difference statistics (P <0,05) among the hour-degree of the treatments, where T1 elevated to corresponding hour-degree. The treatments just influenced to hour-degree. T2 increased the consumptions of time, water and energy. Data preliminaries of the glucose and of cortisol concentrations of the plasma sanguine were presented. Finally, it is ended that treatment with only dose presents the same efficiency that treatment with two doses in the induction to the curimatã-pacu ovulation. |
