The main objetive of this study is to analyze how the mandatory use of the boxesstandard is being perceived and made contributions to the permittees, wholesalers CEASA – PE, being framed in normative instruction number 09 of the MAP, ANVISA, SARC and INMETRO which states that produce, must be sorted, cleaned and packed in boxes with identification label (product origin and weight). With this concern is developed & Horti Fruti Quality Program, a partnership between UFRPE and CEASA-PE, by identifying the need for modernization of trade patterns, pioneering programa in the area, with emphasis on de CEASA-PE to be the one where the goal of Central Packaging, which is to wash and sanitize boxes within the established standard is being met. The methodology used was the basis of Transaction Cost Theory, the studyaddressed the relationship between the permittees and wholesalers CEASA – PE. Data collection was done by the population of registered wholesalers sectors avocado, orange, papaya, melon and tomato was 193, but only 86 answered the questionnaire, thus the sample was accessibility (GIL,2009). Tris research identified the perception of permittees, wholesalers after the mandatory use of standardized boxes, in the light of standardized boxes, in the light of Horti & Fruti Program. With the development of research identified that the use of packaging is much resistance to use, although in some sectors surveyed, as if you can identify the contribution to waste reduction, quality improvements and marketing of various products. |
