Orientação profissional : o sentido das imagens e os olhares que sentem

Resumo: This work was done to investigate what the meaning was for teenagers in participating of professional orientation workshops. During the meetings, teenager´s expressions were provoked to understand the meaning of the methodological professional orientation proposal. The workshop was divided into eleven meetings, with dynamics of sensibilization, exploring, self knowledge, games, textual productions and art productions. Nine senior students of a high school participated in the workshops, having as a fundamental participation criteria, their will and their availability, being composed of six girls and three boys. The students through chosen material, expressed through iconographic texts what the participation in these activities of professional orientation meant to them. The interpretation of the text was given based on the singular transtextual reading, according to Ormezzano (2001). With the understanding of the images, we found out that the participation of the professional orientation workshops for this group of students was a listening space to their questions. In the moments of self reflexion and reflexion of the professions, the teenagers were discovering and building their occupational identity
