The Early Childhood Education, considered the first stage of basic education, should ensure the development of children. Running along the axes that make up this level of education, are considered the literature, games and fun activities. Based on the Genetic Psychology of Jean Piaget, this study sought to understand whether the Children's Literature and the dramatic and theatrical games, worked in a planned and intentional in a program of moral education can contribute to the development of moral judgment in children 5-6 years. To achieve this goal, we adopted the methodology of action research in which the researcher acted as a participant - observer, in addition to that researcher, became subject and object of the research context, seeking help participants transform their actions. This study included 17 children 5-6 years of a Child class II, a Municipal Preschool. According to the method of action research, this study developed in four phases: Exploratory Action (from the observation of the class from the practice of the researcher, in which it raised concern with the problem being studied and conducting interviews based in as pretest) Piagetian clinical method; Main (elaboration of the hypothesis that an intervention program which uses a moral Education of children's Literature and the dramatic and theatrical games could assist in the development of moral judgment in children 5-6 years as well as planning of the intervention program and its job steps); Action Evaluation (implementation of the intervention program); Evaluation (analysis of results derived from the intervention and clinical interview program, in the form of post-test).
